Reporting to the Regional Market Leader - Sales, the Client Manager is responsible for supporting the regional go-to-market team in improving overall client satisfaction while supporting the identification of revenue growth targets. As a member of a regional team, the Client Manager must assist in the development of monthly, quarterly and annual strategic plans to ensure revenue retention, increase in client Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and client reference-ability. The Client Manager will be unwavering in their quest to ensure our current clients see TransUnion as an organization of trusted and respected advisors. Effectively documenting client communications, supporting the capture of NPS surveys and validating client references will be key responsibilities. Coordinating with support resources in a matrixed environment will be a key to success in this role. Success in the role will be measured by the achievement of revenue retention, increases in NPS scores and documented/validated client references.
