Aerotek Call Taker Or Dispatcher (Healthcare) in Milwaukie, Oregon

Exciting long-term opportunity. Looking for people that are compassionate, caring, and want to make a difference in the lives of others!

Call Takers: $16

  • Answer a high volume of calls from patients needing a ride

  • Take personal information and enter into the computer system

  • Provide a high level of customer service

Dispatcher: $17

  • Use information from Call Takers to make inbound and outbound calls

  • Goal is to communicate with transportation companies so patients' rides are confirmed and scheduled

  • Troubleshoot and find alternate vendors if needed

  • Record call information into the computer system

REQUIREMENTS:

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • 6+ months of call center experience

  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

  • Be well organized, efficient, and able to prioritize duties

  • Strong time management

  • Be able to utilize technology including Microsoft Office Programs, multi-line phone systems and, internal web-based programs

  • Touch typing – 35wpm or more preferred
