Call Takers: $16
Answer a high volume of calls from patients needing a ride
Take personal information and enter into the computer system
Provide a high level of customer service
Use information from Call Takers to make inbound and outbound calls
Goal is to communicate with transportation companies so patients' rides are confirmed and scheduled
Troubleshoot and find alternate vendors if needed
Record call information into the computer system
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
6+ months of call center experience
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Be well organized, efficient, and able to prioritize duties
Strong time management
Be able to utilize technology including Microsoft Office Programs, multi-line phone systems and, internal web-based programs
Touch typing – 35wpm or more preferred
