Responsible to bring ideas and product issues back from enhancement ideation from sales and implementation work teams.
Develop and manage offerings from concept to retirement, addressing the needs of the broader market and those specific to clients. Provide expert support, analysis/research and solutions enabling improvement of products, solutions, and service & delivery strategy.
Develops solutions for both existing and potential new clients such as training, change management, account management and overall technology/systems to enable the solution.
Provides expert support, analysis/research and solutions for complex problems and processes. Enables improvement of products, solutions, and services & delivery with advance capabilities and expertise.
Work with solution and product managers to refine idea.
Sales Assistance includes RFP response, opportunity solution architecture, product demos.
Assist in transition from sales to implementation.
Work with respective teams to ensure demos to meet opportunity workflows.
This role will up to 50% travel pending business needs.
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices.
Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
Work with solution and product manager to identify potential existing clients for new solution.
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
Coordinate/validate business/technical assumptions (implementation and ongoing) with Sales rep negotiating SOW.
Ensure proposed client offering compliance to governing regulations.
Work with proposal managers to ensure writing/editing copy aligns to standard product definitions.
Mapping Feature/functionality from RFP to current capabilities, roadmap future state, and gap identification.
Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies.
When proposing and architecting future capabilities - ensure alignment with product and investment strategy.
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
Evaluate products during product showcase to provide feedback during development phase.
Complete check list of client information needed to accurately/successfully develop the solution, project plan and opportunity specific cost model.
Participate in the developing of cost model components working with finance and expense teams.
Facilitate use of Solution Manager and Product Manager resources as needed for proposal content review.
Keep open communication with implementation team during initial pilots, alpha or beta sites to refine standard architecture and workflows based on pilot learnings.
Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
Responsible for final architecture presentation and transition to implementation
Responsible for opportunity solution architecture document.
Participate in DR reviews.
Develops plans and strategies for new offerings for multiple clients' needs and ensures the effective use and application of resources.
Assesses customer requirements and develops solutions, along with alternates, which leverage the strengths of the company to deliver on our customer centric approach.
May have oversight of implementation of applicable solution to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner consistent with specified budget.
Ensures applicable service/operating procedures and practices are following industry standards, relevant regulations/laws and is consistent with the company's product and service offerings.
Works closely with sales, practice, and delivery leaders to determine our capabilities and develop the overall solution strategy and approach.
