Kipsu, Inc. Healthcare Product Analyst in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Kipsu provides a new way for businesses and their customers to engage through real-time digital channels, transforming what it feels like to give and receive great service in real-time. We’ve maintained a significant market share in the hospitality industry for the last seven years which will only continue to grow in the years ahead, but have also turned our sights towards entry into a couple of new markets including healthcare. Kipsu’s growing team is looking to hire an analytical, driven and curious product analyst to be part of a dedicated, fast-moving team and drive the strategy, market entry, use case development, and long term product roadmap needed to establish our presence in the healthcare market.

This role is a unique combination of product management and new market sales and will involve defining new solutions for the healthcare industry and lining up early customers to pilot our new capabilities.


  • Work directly with our CEO, product and engineering leadership to cultivate relationships with our healthcare advisors, early customer partners, and key vendors.

  • Identify potential contacts and leverage email campaign tools to contact and nurture prospects in a personalized and professional manner.

  • Develop direct outbound sales language and scripts to initiate interest in Kipsu and schedule time for prospects to discover more about our solution.

  • Effectively present and tailor virtual demonstrations to each qualified opportunity to accurately and persuasively demonstrate Kipsu’s value proposition.

  • Understand customer problems and conduct business analysis to inform use case development, capabilities enhancement, and systems integration approaches.

  • Design and implement new use cases for our solution within healthcare environments, and work across our internal teams to:

  • Operationalize early customer pilots with our customer success team to set our customer partner’s up for success and gather their feedback on new features/capabilities.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on requirements validation and feature testing to ensure the team is always putting out the best product possible.

  • Develop pricing strategies alongside our finance team to evaluate product-market fit and the total market opportunity

  • Become an expert on our product, how it’s used by our customers, how we navigate the complicated regulatory environment of HIPAA compliant messaging software, and how we can maintain our status as the "best in class" solution.

  • Design products and write requirements for product enhancements for our healthcare vertical.

  • Understand customer problems and conduct business analysis through interviews and process mapping to inform product design

  • Manage product planning efforts as our company matures, adds new features, and grows our presence in the healthcare industry.


  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or sales development role at a tech company (with a strong interest in a career in product) -or- 1+ year(s) of product management experience (with strong comfort of assisting with early customer pitches).

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

  • Attention to detail; not afraid of getting deep into the details and understanding how things work.

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to collect information / feedback, synthesize the heck out of it and drive consensus with key stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills; comfort working with team members with varying communication styles.

  • Intrinsic desire to develop deep expertise in specific industry and functional domains.

  • Enthusiasm for technology products; experience with web/mobile technologies or developing software applications.
