Job Description Summary
The Healthcare Solutions Leader DACH will be a key member of the EMEA solutions team and become responsible to drive the account strategies for some of the key customers for the GE Healthcare Partners business in the dedicated region.

The DACH Solutions Leader (f/m/d) will lead a cross-functional team to develop and drive new business relationships, drive new complex and creative ideas from inception to successful delivery and replication, with a focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
He/she will identify business opportunities for GE HealthcareEnterprise Solutions and Clinical Pathways (https://emea.gehealthcarepartners.com/) and incubate market making projects across the region, and will develop show sites in areas of strategic importance.
He/she will work closely with the DACH Zone General Manager and his team of account managers, Commercial, Marketing, Financing and GE Global Teams. The future incumbent will have a clear understanding of healthcare system strategy, clinical pathways and proven ability to build strong relationships with key customers at the strategic level.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will coach and support a diverse team of brilliant people to achieve at the very maximum of their capabilities
You will drive, together with the local commercial teams and channel partners, complex projects related to clinical pathways and enterprise solutions from inception to post-deal closure and execution in DACH
You will develop and maintain relationships at executive and board level with identified key strategic customers
You will also develop innovative models of excellent execution and create show-sites in DACH to demonstrate the value of GE partnership and solutions, and within those accounts assure smooth execution and delivery of high-risk strategic projects
You will support the development and delivery of digital, consulting and financial capabilities in solutions related deals.
You will operationalize GE Healthcare (GEHC) care-area focused propositions – particularly for oncology and cardiology, such that they are leading to defined commercial and strategic success within the region
You will act as a senior advisor and coach at different levels in customer organizations and help them to scope the nature of specific problems they are facing, and architect relevant solution approaches leveraging the entire GEHC portfolio as required
You act as subject matter expert for structuring and executing large scale transformation projects
You will work closely with the EMEA and DACH teams to formulate GEHC strategy, analyzing market and competitive dynamics to identify potential business opportunities
You will prepare and deliver clear and insightful executive-level presentations internally and externally
You will lead and manage local "Solutions" - dedicated resources on a functional basis as needed to deliver success
You are educated to a master’s degree or equivalent
You bring an extensive sales/marketing/product leadership experience
You were exposed to successful senior level sales management, product, and/or general management experience
You have proven leadership capability and you are able to orchestrate resources and motivate diverse and complex teams and stakeholders inside and outside the organization
You would describe yourself as an inclusive leader who builds a connection to the workforce through personal involvement and trust
You bring excellent communication, influencing, and team-building skills you have strong written and verbal communication both inside the company and with external customers
You are able to influence and drive change cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment
You are experienced in managing teams and business in different parts of the DACH and EMEA region with strong understanding of the cultural and market dynamics
Strong technical competency and understanding of GE Healthcare Product Portfolio in Imaging, critical care solutions and digital
Understanding of and experience with developing clinical care solutions (ideally with a good understanding of Oncology, Cardiology…etc).
Ability to develop and execute on multiple priorities and approaches to meet Business objectives
