Ipsos Healthcare, a leading market research agency, is looking for a driven, self-motivated Associate Partner to join our Advisory Services team as we bring meaningful, data-driven engagements to our clients across the healthcare landscape.

The Advisory services team was established to generate strategic insights that build upon the company's core competencies in market research, culminating in a premier healthcare consultancy.

The Associate Partner plays a key role in delivering our client engagements. Typical engagements, designing commercialization and go-to-market strategies, launch strategies, and executing analytical work streams to optimize the impact of commercial programs and tactics.

You will join a unique team of problem solvers who come from backgrounds as diverse as scientific research, brand management, strategy consulting, medicine, and more. Together, the team leverages these diverse perspectives to solve some of the most complex and challenging strategic problems for our clients across the healthcare market.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of both analytical and creative problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate must also have the right mix of the qualifications below:

The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of both left brain (analytical) and right-brain (creative) skills to bear on our client's problems: Our approach to solving problems requires that level of fluidity, comprehensiveness, confidence, and executive presence.

Undergraduate degree / Advanced degree / MBA Preferred

15-20 years of professional experience, ideally in branding/marketing, management consulting, and brand management, leveraging market research as a part of your engagements

Proven experience in leading a client service team across multiple simultaneous projects

Demonstrated leadership skills (both vertically and laterally), including bringing clarity to ambiguous situations and guiding the team to deliver excellence to our clients

Ability to work cross-functionally, with a solid understanding of market research

Ease and confidence with "thinking on your feet" - can effortlessly structure and lead a workshop with a group of senior executives

Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills

Track record of business development success - identifying, cultivating, creating, pursuing, and winning new business opportunities, and owning the related P&L

Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal

Enormous personal impact and executive presence; presents next-level insights in a compelling way that convinces audiences to take action

Commitment to people - recognizing, coaching, nurturing, and retaining top talent while actively molding team culture

In addition to those qualifications, one of the key things we have in common is the ability to tie together disparate pieces of information (from social media, from census data, from keen observation) into a compelling story, and tell it in a way that is engaging and memorable.

Commercial skills and Launch experience

Demonstrated leadership skills, including bringing clarity to ambiguous situations

Confidence outlining proposals (with support from executive team) in response to client RFPs

Ability to develop and adjust project approaches & frameworks as fit for various projects
