The Healthcare Administrator Deputy Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and operational performance for on-site clinic health units or events for Caliburn Commercial and Government contracts for rapid deployments to support emergency and disaster efforts. This is a temporary position and length of assignment may vary based on operational needs and client requirements. This position is responsible to be compliant with the current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance, as well as DOH and Agency for Healthcare Administration COVID-19 specific requirements This position will report to the Site Lead at the on-site clinic health unit. This position reports to the Site Lead, Nurse Supervisor/Manager, and Register Nurse at the on-site clinic health unit.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles, and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS-Caliburn is recognized.
This position is based in New York City. Travel, lodging, and per diem allowances will be provided in accordance with GSA guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of the contract.
Authority to commit and make decisions in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments.
Responsible for being proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitations issues.
Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract to include service delivery, technical matters, and business processes.
Monitor, track and report organizational and/or program trends within the designed program.
Need to ensure credentialed and licensed providers maintain licensure and certification and recommend improvements to correct deficiencies.
The PM is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract, to include service delivery, technical matters, and business processes.
Participates in other contract activities as assigned/appropriate.
Performs duties in a safe manner.
Follows the corporate safety policy.
Participates and supports safety meetings, training, and goals.
Ensures the safety and security of all children and safe operating conditions within an area of responsibility.
Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Bachelor's Degree in a business or health-related field.
3 years' management or supervisory experience.
Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products required.
Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Location of services may at times be in remote, austere or challenging environments.
Must be able to perform duties in a stressful and high paced environment.
Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements to include potential shift changes based on operational needs and/or command priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in a business or health-related field.
5 years managing a medical facility.
Certification/training in Process, Quality or Program Management.
Certified Medical Review Officer Assistant (MROA).
Physical Requirements:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
The position will require walking, standing or sitting for periods of up to or beyond 10 to 12 hours each day.
Under urgent or emergency situations, the incumbent may need to run, sprint or run up or down stairs.
May require bending, stooping and lifting to 40+ lbs. as required for patient care and transport.
May require working overtime when necessary.
Must be able to perform duties in an indoor or outdoor environment.
