Your Impact:

We’re seeking a well-rounded and seasoned Healthcare Practice Leader to support our Project Management/Construction Management (PMCM) team in the Northeast region of the United States. Ideally this person is in the New York or surrounding area and has a vast history of Construction Management and/or Architecture Preconstruction coupled with experience in and around Healthcare projects from design to commissioning.

Reporting directly to the Northeast Operations Leader, you’ll play an integral role leading our healthcare practice in the Northeast region, continuing to serve existing clients while forming new long-term relationships by pursuing opportunities, executing, and developing various strategic initiatives. You’ll continue to foster client relations and business development opportunities. Some of our clients are award winning teaching hospitals and university conglomerates. Projects include but are not limited to ground-up to renovations in operating hospitals and clinics.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related

  • Working knowledge and a history of construction oversite in a fully operational/functioning hospital.

  • Experience with building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Engineering, or Architecture

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM), and/or Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) highly desirable.

  • History of thought leadership in the fields of hospital clinical and support operations, PMCM, and business of healthcare.
