KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Risk Strategy & Compliance - Operations & Compliance Risk for our
Develop, sell, and deliver Healthcare regulatory and compliance service offerings; develop and execute structured detailed work plans in areas such as compliance assessments, investigations, and operational improvements
Create a collaborative team environment, foster a common understanding of team objectives, and clearly articulate expectations
Ensure work product and related deliverables are performed in accordance with established standards and engagement requirements to meet client and firm expectation
Lead and participate in people development; coach, mentor, and train staff by imparting knowledge, skills, and experience in attracting and retaining staff
Assist with business development efforts; proactively identify opportunities to enhance professional practices and processes; assist with business development initiatives, including the development of proposals
Develop and sustain solid relationships with client personnel and demonstrate the ability to identify additional opportunities with existing clients; identify and communicate technical matters while serving as a liaison to both clients and engagement leadership; participate and/or lead meetings with both clients and the engagement team
A minimum of five years of applicable work experience in the healthcare industry, or providing healthcare regulatory and compliance professional services to the industry
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Demonstrate the ability to identify business opportunities, attract new business, build lasting professional relationships with senior client executives, and possess relevant skills in project management with hands-on experience
Previous supervisory experience
Excellent foundational consulting skills such as analytical, written, verbal communication, client presence, facilitation and presentation skills
Establish leadership abilities, supporting the oversight of projects and/or the efforts of others
Willingness and ability to travel, including potential international travel; travel may be up to 80-100%
