Weill Cornell Medical College PO Healthcare Provider Marketing Coordinator in New York, New York
This role reports to the B2B Business Development Marketing Specialist and helps to lead exciting new initiatives that support referral marketing for many different service lines throughout the Physician Organization (PO) at Weill Cornell Medicine. This position helps execute a range of communications and marketing campaigns that are aimed at developing new and reinforcing existing relationships between referring healthcare providers and their practice staff.
Develops and executes B2B multichannel communications plans, including email and web channels.
Guides development of print collateral.
Advises on development of digital campaigns.
Prepares reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholder groups.
Plans, schedules and executes regular stakeholder meeting cadences.
Plans and executes virtual (and eventually in-person) networking and CME events.
Documents best practices for physician, administrative, and staff audiences.
Conducts analysis of referral and payor data.
Coordinates and manages relationships with agency vendors, freelancers, and clinical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a marketing, business development or sales capacity role.
Minimum of 1-2 years of email marketing and campaign experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience in the medical field (preferred consumer health experience).
Experience measuring success using analytics tools to meet KPIs.
Experience using email communications platforms is required (Constant Contact, MailChimp, Salesforce, etc.).
Project management and demonstration of organized time management is required.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)/PRM (Provider Relationship Management) experience a plus.
Experience with data analysis and visualization at minimum using Excel; experience using Tableau, Power BI, or related a plus but not required.
Adobe Creative Suite or other self-serving creative design platform proficiency a plus.
Content management system experience preferred.
Public speaking and presentation skills preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of marketing best practices, including but not limited to digital marketing, event marketing, email marketing or related tactics.
Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and possess advanced written and verbal skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
