As an M&A Investment Banking Senior you’ll work in a team setting to help provide clients with objective advice on corporate financing alternatives through highly focused industry teams with world class, global execution capabilities. You’ll be an important part of our diversely talented, highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high-profile transactions.

  • Summary: WithinEY, the investment banking practice provides clients with unbiased strategicadvice surrounding corporate finance and strategic alternatives through highlyfocused industry teams with world class, global execution capabilities. Ourindustry teams understand the specific competitive environments in which ourclients operate. We work on the basis of creating long-term relationships withour clients and our teams work closely with them to understand their short andlong-term goals - being there at every stage to identify potential risks andexploit opportunities. Investment banking services are offered through ouraffiliate, Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC (a broker-dealer affiliateof Ernst & Young LLP and a member of FINRA). Responsibilities:

  • Advise companiesregarding strategic and corporate finance alternatives

  • Prepare financialmodels

  • Research healthcareservices sub-verticals and/or companies

  • Preparecompelling presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials (e.g.,information memorandum)

  • Contact potentialstrategic acquirors and financial sponsor investors

  • Interact withclients

  • Supervise, coachand mentor Analysts Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor'sdegree and at least 3 years of investment banking or related work experience;or a graduate degree and at least 2 years of related work experience Desired Qualifications:

  • Experienceworking with clients in the healthcare services industry A + Strongquantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including the ability to exercisesound independent judgment

  • Experiencedeveloping financial models and valuation analyses

  • Strong writtenand verbal communication skills

  • Excellentinterpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Highly motivated

  • Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63securities licenses (preferred)

  • Willingness andability to travel as necessary
