Hub International Vice President – Marketing Manager (Healthcare) in New York, New York


You will be responsible for managing agency appointments, contracts, and relationships across all Commercial Lines of business within the Healthcare/Long-term Care marketplace for the purpose of maximizing the strategic alignment and quality of our trading relationships with carriers and carrier compensation programs to the organization. Additional functions include managing placement of healthcare/LTC business, marketing strategy (placement), monitoring and remediation of claims impact to contingent performance, and creation and implementation of carrier facing strategic initiatives for efficiency and profit enhancement.

Other Responsibilities of The Vice President – Marketing Role Includes:

  • Primary point of contact and relationship manager with carrier partners.

  • Manage outbound marketing strategy (placement),

  • Assign accounts to marketing team

  • Act as liaison with Servicing and New Business departments.

  • Assist with the execution of the Critical Path renewal process across the region.

  • Conduct carrier pipeline meetings

  • Any other projects as determined by the CMO.

  • Reports to Chief Marketing Officer.


  • Minimum of 10 years of insurance Commercial Property & Casualty with expertise in healthcare and/or Long-Term Care GL/PL placements with both direct and wholesale markets.

  • Management Experience with expertise

  • Strong oral, written communication, and organizational skills

  • Results-driven mind-set

  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

  • Travel to agent and client locations as required (some overnight stays)

  • Perform other duties as assigned
