Founded in 1999 and recognized as a leader in behavioral healthcare in six eastern states, Pyramid Healthcare is now seeking motivated team members for our first adult residential mental health and substance use treatment program in Newport News, Virginia – opening in June 2021! We are seeking Full Time, Part Time, & Per Diem/PRN team members (all schedules) for the positions listed below:

• Licensed Clinicians - Responsible for facilitating all clinical services for program as outlined by facility standards and in accordance with clinical philosophy of program. Seeking candidates with Master’s level licensure: Marriage and family therapy, social work, professional counseling

• Registered Nurses/ Licensed Practical Nurse - Our RN’s & LPN’s play an essential role in the delivery of treatment at Pyramid Healthcare. The primary function of this position is providing direct nursing services to clients in adult substance-use residential treatment. Must have valid RN license

• Behavioral Health Technicians - An essential role in the delivery of residential treatment services. Direct care position with a primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. Assists in the clinical and administrative teams to identify and serve client needs.

• Dietary / Cook – Our Dietary team plays a vital role in our programs operation by helping prepare healthy food for our clients and residents.

• Drivers – Drivers for our Newport News team will be one of the first faces our clients see during their time with our program. They represent a key role within our transportation department.

• Housekeeping – This position plays a crucial role in maintaining our facility. By cleaning daily, weekly or monthly as needed in assigned units they help us ensure an excellent environment to provide care.

• Maintenance – An essential role for our facility. Our Maintenance team ensures a functional and safe environment for our clients by preforming routine and general repairs and inspections.

• Supervisory Roles – At pyramid healthcare we value individuals with leadership skills that can supervise and motivate an interdisciplinary team. Supervisory and Leadership positions are available across all departments within our program!
