Our Healthcare Clinical Solutions is seeking a Clinician with leadership experience in Care Redesign, Clinical Variation Reduction, Clinical Transformation/ Care Transformation, Throughput Improvement. Knows how to engage clinicians and drive tangible results – both financial and quality. Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient care settings. Ideally has other expertise including Quality, Care Management, Provider Engagement, Clinical Governance. Clinical background in Med-Surg, ED, ICU, Periop, Pediatrics, Cardiology would be helpful. Consulting experience desired.

Clinical background in Med-Surg, ED, ICU, Periop, Pediatrics, Cardiology would be helpful
Consulting experience desired
Relevant clinical credentials – degree, licensure, training
Minimum 5 years of experience in Care Redesign, Clinical Variation Reduction, Clinical Transformation/ Care Transformation, Throughput Improvement
A minimum of two years of management/ leadership experience
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills and ability to independently produce documents a must
Experience with data analysis to drive change in clinical care delivery
Strong clinical background is required
Ability and willingness to travel
RN preferred, other clinical experience (MD, DO, PA, NP) considered.
Able to assess, design, and implement Care Redesign, Clinical Variation Reduction, Clinical Transformation/ Care Transformation, Throughput Improvement
Demonstrates an understanding of market needs in Clinical Transformation
Understands qualitative and quantitative information to build client capabilities and appropriately determine priority areas of opportunity; able to interpret data effectively
Identifies, develops and evaluates opportunities for growth and development to drive improvement in costs per case and total cost of care
Collaborates with internal and external entities to improve process standards to reduce medical costs across the service delivery system (hospital, provider and post-acute settings)
Able to measurable outcomes relative to clinical program development and translate outcomes into financial impact
Serve as a subject matter expert to client and project team, assuming responsibility to develop knowledge of team
Works effectively on a multidisciplinary team
Other clinical areas of expertise such as behavioral health, post-acute
Skills in provider engagement and clinical governance
Background in technology optimization
