Job Summary
Serves as senior advisor on projects of large scope and complexity and is recognized as industry leader in the field.
Provides technical support and may have considerable interaction with clients.
This is primarily an advisory, not supervisory, position, but may have a small number of direct reports.
Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.
Works as an integral part of the site construction team at the project as delineated by the applicable company project execution plans and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Excellent Health Sector experience and knowledge
Extensive Cost Management experience of construction projects.
Experience at a leadership level in a comparative business.
Experience of managing, leading & growing teams.
Demonstrable track record of winning new work from new clients & repeat work from existing clients.
Extensive experience of successfully delivering complex projects.
Demonstrable track record of winning new work from new clients & repeat work from existing clients
Demonstrable strong client relationships & network of contacts
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
Excellent industry network and reputation.
A passion for first class service delivery, implementing best practice and continuous improvement.
Ability to win work from new and existing clients through strong business development skills.
A desire to motivate, manage and grow teams.
Relevant professional qualification (F/MRICS, MAPM etc)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a leadership level in a comparative business;
Extensive experience acting in a leadership capacity
Track record of managing teams
Excellent communication and organisational skills;
Highly motivated and with excellent industry network;
Possess the ability to work across service lines (a track record of cross selling would be useful)
