Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Supporting sales team and partners on customer presentations and demos

  • Advising customers and partners on appropriate Nuance Technology based on analyses of requirements.

  • Promoting Nuance and its products throughout the region

  • Serve as a liaison between the client and internal Nuance organizations

  • Help support the sales process: meet with clients to understand their requirements and advise how to best utilize Nuance solutions. Answer technical questions

  • Learn new products that will be released to market

  • Work closely with Marketing to help develop supporting sales material e.g. video’s, case studies

  • Support at Trade/Healthcare Events

Knowledge, Skills, Qualification:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related field

Years of experinece:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering role

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role

  • Experience in the Healthcare IT

Required SKills:

  • Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate domain-specific knowledge in clear terms to your peers as well as across teams

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills

  • Ability to conduct and lead technical discovery with Prospects and clients in client-facing environments

  • Ability to closely manage priorities and deadlines
