Aerotek Healthcare Travel Assistant in Pembroke Pines, Florida
Description: Full-time Customer Service Rep
Talking calls from clients regarding all aspects of travel, medical care. There is no script, needs to be comfortable with follow up and research and problem solving.
Candidates will be required to handle lengthy customer support calls from individuals traveling internationally. This position will require patience and empathy as well as problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Candidate will be required to operate multiple computer programs while handling inbound phone calls.
Customer service, healthcare, or travel agent experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
HS Diploma Required | BA a plus
1 year office environment or customer centric backgrounds (non-profit, volunteer work, retail, travel support, customer service)
Experience with airline, cruise, travel, hospitality a bonus
Intermediate computer skills
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
