As a Coach you will be instrumental to your partners helping them achieve better transparency and higher accountability and enable them to execute effectively. Coaches work to establish, accelerate, and hardwire the necessary changes that create a culture of excellence. They effectively collaborate with organizational leaders to implement a framework called Evidence-Based Leadership. This framework aligns organizational goals, behaviors and processes in a way that moves and sustains results.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct initial on-site surveys and needs assessments within organizations to create a comprehensive coaching plan and strategy based on evidence-based practices to help organizations improve performance.
Accountable for successful client results and relationships creating alignment from the executive teams to the frontline leaders.
Demonstrates understanding and coaching competence in the following areas: Leadership evaluation, leadership institutes, service excellence and accountability systems – collectively termed Evidenced Based Leadership.
Ensure client implementation and understanding of Huron’s leadership capabilities by setting clear expectations for success and developing and implementing a sequenced work plan.
Facilitate and navigate client leaders, Physicians and teams as they initiate processes by conducting on-site client coaching.
Provide professional and highest quality communication and administration to client, thus building effective client relationships.
Contribute to Coaching team by providing intellectual capital.
Work with Coach Analysts to maintain efficient and effective communication between client, Coach and team.
Assist Coach Analysts in developing professional presentations – conduct presentation sessions at client locations.
Share coaching skills and lessons learned with the broader Huron team.
Understand broader business imperatives that are occurring in the market and take ideas and information and integrate into delivery methodology.
Be responsible to understand the diverse needs of your partner organizations, and as their trusted advisor, develop expansion and renewal growth opportunities.
Using your network of senior healthcare leaders, create growth opportunity leads for your Partner Development colleagues.
Organize and harvest learnings from service delivery to identify future opportunities to help solve clients Jobs to be done.
Provide input for go-to-market messaging and sales collateral when applicable.
Collaborate with Next Level Partnership to facilitate Expansions and Renewals.
