We are looking for individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem solving with technology. Our Analysts join us from a wide range of backgrounds and have immediate access to the training and coaching they need to drive impact and develop into the innovators and leaders of tomorrow. Technical Analysts spend majority of their time working in a fast-pace environment digging deep into the details of our software databases, business intelligence visualizations, configurations, and tools, gaining exposure to both functional client facing and technical aspects of Huron’s software solutions.

Through your day-to-day responsibilities, you will enhance your analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills, while directly impacting overall client and team goals with our collaborative technical solutions.

• Passion for technology, with a genuine curiosity to learn and apply new concepts
• Strong analytical and technical skills; programming language experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
- SQL experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related majors
• Strong performance in your degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Ability to work independently and to work flexible hours as needed to support high-priority on-call support and scheduled maintenance
