Position Overview:

Aramark is seeking a Presentation Specialist to work on the Healthcare Sales Team who is passionate about fueling growth by tailoring solutions to meet client's needs that impacts the healthcare experience. This position will play a critical role in the future growth and success of our Healthcare business within Aramark as we seek to elevate our current presentation status quo to be more innovative and forward-thinking.

An ever-evolving role with a focus on visualizing presentation content to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients and make a lasting impression. The successful candidate will be an individual who can tell a story through live and virtual presentations and consistently on the lookout for new presentation trends. You will have a strong eye for design, particularly when it comes to PowerPoint slides and presentation layout and formats. You'll also have sound project management skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure to tight deadlines and multi-task to keep projects moving. This position sits within the Healthcare Growth organization working closely with the HC growth and retention leads, internal agency and other functional team members.

Responsibilities & Capabilities:

  • The Presentation Designer role is a critical component of the selling process to engage clients and communicate our value proposition and key differentiators through impactful story-telling that is backed by real outcomes

  • Design and prepare engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals that support new sales growth and retention opportunities

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and SMEs to identify the goal of the presentation, develop a deep client understanding and outline content effectively to create a compelling story

  • Understand key requirements for successful outcomes based on presentation length time, and any specific requests - provide recommendations to the team on how to best deliver the presentation

  • Assist with overall presentation planning, presenter coordination and coaching, and talk track development. Comfortable leading discussions with senior leadership and Operations teams

  • Partner with internal design agency and supporting SMEs to gather raw content to create dynamic and custom presentations; with a focus on critical focus areas for our clients, and a strong, cohesive narrative that resonates in the healthcare industry

  • Assist with curation of imagery and graphics that support key messaging - partner with the internal agency designers and writers to access content, imagery and writing support; ensure brand standards and programs are properly represented

  • Take on project management responsibilities to ensure the final output meets key objectives

  • Act as subject matter expert to provide leadership with feedback to constantly improve our presentation formats and outcomes

This location requires all individuals working on site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by 10/18/2021.


  • 5+ years mastering various presentation software to create compelling stories

  • Highly skilled in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) - strong slide animation building skills

  • Experience with Business Development presentations and/or sales enablement presentations - preferably in the Healthcare industry

  • Display proven design experience (either degree or working experience) as well as excellent coordination, administration, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to deliver high quality, on brand presentations in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent oral and written communicator and story- teller

  • Ongoing industry knowledge of innovative presentation solutions

  • Experience working within cross-function teams in a matrix organization

  • Ability to be flexible and work under tight deadlines

  • Strong creative mind and collaborative skillset

  • Must be comfortable managing multiple projects, expectations, and communicating directly with key stakeholders

  • Ability to travel

Good to have:

  • Knowledge of the Healthcare industry

  • Event or production planning experience

  • Virtual presentation building experience

  • Previous agency experience
