Position Summary:

At Huron, Directors represent the pinnacle of professionalism and expertise. They effectively collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to design and implement solutions while delivering remarkable results that exceed specified engagement objectives. Throughout the process, they construct enduring relationships. Their talents and leadership instill passion and followership in clients, juniors, and management. Directors in Huron’s Workday practice assist clients with the planning and implementation of Workday HCM, Financials and Supply Chain Management software. They design solutions and guide project team members, working in in conjunction with other Huron and client team members throughout the entire implementation lifecycle including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support.

Qualifications:

• Huron requires a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

• Minimum 7 years of related experience implementing or using ERP software like Workday, Oracle/ Peoplesoft or SAP

• Minimum 3 years of related project leadership experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Workday HCM certification

• Prior experience as a Workday HCM functional lead

• Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation

• Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration

• The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions

• The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration

• Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams

• A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
