Amazon Web Services (AWS) Healthcare Industry Business Unit (IBU) is building the cloud and enabling communities that will power the future of healthcare. To service our healthcare customers and support our AWS team, the WW Health team is seeking a senior leader with a unique blend of technology, healthcare and business acumen to develop our strategic relationships with industry leading solution partners. We seek professionals who have experience working with large, global solution providers. The selected candidate will have demonstrated experience building and scaling an industry focused partner-led business. In addition, our preferred candidate will demonstrate solution design, sales and marketing, and service delivery experience with proven value delivered to customers and partners.As a WW Health Partner Lead,* You will lead and manage one or more strategic partner relationships with end-to-end responsibility for partner strategy and execution* You will leverage existing resources, programs and processes to deliver against partner and AWS targets* You will lead key solutions development and go-to-market initiatives focusing on mission critical healthcare solutions in top markets.* You will take responsibility to scale successful proof of concepts and amplify the voice of the customer across a global pipeline of partner-led opportunities* You will collaborate with account managers, solutions architects, marketing, professional services, product, sales enablement, sales operations, and other AWS teams to maximize value to our strategic partner(s) and our joint customers* You will lead through influence, engaging industry experts, AWS executives, sales team members and partners to achieve partner & customer outcomes* You will quickly ramp your understanding of the AWS business and our healthcare strategy, to increase the awareness and appreciation for AWS' contributions to health.In this role, you will need to think strategically and creatively as you build and manage strategic AWS healthcare partner relationships. You will provide the healthcare insight and business creativity required to design and develop unique programs and solutions that differentiate your partner(s) and solutions. You will build and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative working relationship where your partner(s) are deeply-connected to AWS resources. You will contribute to your partner(s) business objectives, leveraging AWS programs, resources and investments to complement their business.Role & Responsibilities* Collaborate with our global health team to define and manage key projects to advance your partner(s) business and AWS for Health as the platform for leading healthcare solutions* Define and manage your partner(s) against KPIs that ensure partner success and strong AWS business performance* Document, publish and communicate partner and project initiatives to raise awareness of your partner(s) and their progress against key KPIs* Engage, educate and effectively leverage AWS executives in our partner relationships* Create and deliver communications across our health team, partners and sellers* Influence leadership support for your partner(s) and their healthcare solutions & initiatives* Drive repeatable processes to quickly scale your partner(s) business* Build and demonstrate healthcare expertise, establishing your role as a thought leader across the AWS organizationInclusive Team Culture:Here at AWS, we embrace our differences.
