RedHat Sales Specialist, Healthcare ISV & Hyperscalers in Remote, Texas

With the digital transformation changing the healthcare Industry, the Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Solutions Sales Specialist to join us in Plano, TX. In this role, you will focus on helping us partner with global system integrators (GSIs) and guide our healthcare SI strategy in the North America (NA) region. You will shape our go-to-market strategy, positioning Red Hat as the vendor of choice in the healthcare sector market for SIs. You will use your business insight into the healthcare industry to enable our joint go-to-market strategies from building joint use cases to creating content relevant to SIs and joint account strategies. Your success will be measured in our continuous growth in this sector as well as in accelerated adoption of all Red Hat’s solutions, especially the emerging ones.

What you will do

  • Develop, implement, and monitor healthcare sector go-to-market strategy that focuses on our partnership with ISV’s, including Hyperscalers and Global SIs.

  • Develop joint business opportunities and execute programs and initiatives that drive growth

  • Build Partner recruitment plan and develop pipeline in the healthcare segment

  • Define and raise awareness for Red Hat's value proposition for to all hyper scalersdesignated partners in the healthcare industry vertical, aligning Red Hat partner eco-system with customer needs to achieve successful business outcomes

  • Identify executive sponsors and promote the success of the joint go-to-marketstrategies

  • Initiate proof of concept work and build solution blue prints and transformation plans for quick adoption

  • Build and monitor joint partner forecast models

  • Continuous education of internal stakeholders and field sales teams on partner value

  • Successfully operate within a highly matrixed and complex technical and business environment with the capability to identify, qualify and direct / orchestrate cross opportunities.

  • Capable of managing a complex portfolio which contains multiple engagements and onnovative initiatives (MVP).

  • As a voice of the customer and overall industry, translate requirements to develop complex solutions that meet, if not exceed client expectations.Exceptional coordination with sales, engineering, service and support teams to ensure successful adoption of partnership and alliances.

What you will bring

  • College or university graduate degree; post-graduate degree is a plus

  • 8+ years of related industry experience

  • 8+ years of experience working in enterprise IT, management or technology consulting, software development, or enterprise or solutions architecture

  • Demonstrated and sustained record of achieving results

  • In-dept understanding of the healthcare industry; understanding of how emerging technologies are applied and ability to accelerate Red Hat’s healthcare point of view in the industry

  • Background in consultative customer engagement with a consulting or technology company or organization

  • Experience working with SIs and developing and carrying out joint go-to-market strategy

  • Understanding of and experience with agile methodologies and organizational and IT transformation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executives at large companies

  • Ability to sell solutions in a multiproduct environment

  • Proven ability to work with global cross-functional teams and achieve success for customers

  • Ability to maintain a balance of strategic and tactical skills

  • 5+ years of experience working in a solutions architecture, solutions sales, or agile transformation consulting role

  • Experience leading digital transformations (technology, operations, finance, or organization) is a big plus
