Aerotek Healthcare Call Center Representative in Richmond, Virginia
Aerotek is hiring for 30+ Remote Customer Service Reps to work with a large healthcare call center in Richmond, VA! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable insurance company!
Take incoming member calls about eligibility, benefits, claims, etc.
Field calls around claims and provide general claims research
Calls are primarily focused around issue resolution
Average calls are 20-50 per day
Must be available between 9am-8pm (40 work week, schedule will be set after 6 week training)
Training: 8am-5pm (6 weeks)
Own high speed internet
2+ years of call center experience
Must live within 30 miles from Richmond, VA
