  • Process retiree healthcare claims.

  • Answer phones and respond to email questions from retirees.

  • Data entry.

  • Assigning user accounts, resetting passwords.

  • Uploading new courses.

  • Assigning people to courses.

    Requirements

  • Knowledge of healthcare claims administration process, Medicare, flexible spending accounts, HRAs, customer service skills, using MS Office Suite.

  • Experience with LMS System.

  • Administration experience.

  • Customer Service.

  • Claims Administrator

  • Claims Service Representative

  • Healthcare Claims Processor
