Healthcare Technology Business Systems Analyst, Senior
Key Role:Serve as a trusted professional responsible for a portfolio of requirements relating to Healthcare IT tools and the associated capabilities. Exhibit functional and technical knowledge of each of the solutions employed on the program and the strategic plan for the evolution of each system. Evaluate incoming requirements, determine approaches, priorities, and most suitable tools, and partner with developers to see the requirement through to implementation. Manage a complex stakeholder environment to ensure buy-in and unity of approach for the acceptance and approval of testable project requirements at large.
Basic Qualifications:-6+ years of experience with documenting system requirements relating to data integration, interface, Key Performance Indicator (KPI), design constraints, business rules, impacted processes, or systems and function specifications on Agile or Waterfall projects-Experience in working with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technology solutions, including OpenText-Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, test, and program management support-Ability to manage a complex stakeholder environment and ensure buy-in, unity of approach, and acceptance and approval of testable project requirements
-MA or MS degree required
-PMP Certification
