Aerotek Healthcare Customer Service Representative! $16! WFH in Romulus, Michigan

LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS!!! CALL CENTER OR PHONE EXPERIEINCE!!

Description:

REMOTE Customer Service Representative

-60 to 80 calls per day with customers and members

-Navigate multiple programs simultaneously

-Reviewing the pharmacy claims processing system to verify coverage and the copay amount to charge the member.

-Answering questions, completing special requests or issues in filling prescriptions, these calls can come from members, physicians, or pharmacies at any point in the process

-Should you be a successful candidate as a CSR, YOU will be answering those calls, and working with the caller to pull up the member information and provide a solution accordingly

-Demonstrate the ability to consistently appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow posted work rules and procedures, comply with corporate policies, goals and objectives, accept constructive criticism, establish and meet goals and objectives, and exhibit initiative and commitment when fulfilling duties.

Top Skills Details:

MUST HAVE-

  • HIGH SPEED INTERNET

  • At least 6 months- 1 year of customer service experience (any industry)

  • Flexibility to work ANY shift within the company's hour of operation (M-F weekends, holidays) between the hours of 8am - 11pm

  • At least a High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED:

  • Experience as a Pharm Tech

  • Experience in the field of Healthcare

PRE-SCREENING IBM TESTS (no more than 2 attempts):

• 80% Call Center Listening Skills

• Typing 40 WPM (1 Minute)
