BrightStar Care Healthcare Staffing Business Manager in Roseville, California

Job Description BrightStar Care has a 13-year tenure in the home healthcare community and is looking for a high-energy, service oriented and results-focused individual committed to helping us with the growth of our medical staffing business unit. The right individual must have experience in healthcare operations and staffing in institutional settings (nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living, schools, hospice), must be a self-starter, a resourceful contributor, have excellent relationship management skills, and must have the ability to grow a team and business in this exciting industry. JOB REQUIREMENTS Manage all aspects of business development, customer relationships; and * Manage the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure operational accuracy and compliance. * Implement and execute active, ongoing recruiting strategies to attract the best field staff and branch office staff. * Oversees the screening, interviewing and onboarding of new employees. * Manage, monitor and evaluate contractual agreements. * Build and manage community relationships. * Ensure and develop client satisfaction measures. * Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies and maintain best-in-class practices * Maintain electronic and paper employee files in compliance with policies and regulations. * Ensure timely and accurate billing, coding, and reporting * Assist with account receivables as necessary. * Provide leadership with requested reports and documents. * Supervises scheduling coordinator (s) and recruiter. QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience in healthcare staffing operations, business development and recruitment. * Knowledge of labor and employment laws. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent computer system skills.
