Remote - Sr Customer Marketing Mgr, HealthcareJob DescriptionMain Purpose of the RoleEnsure that Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) has meaningful relationships with choosers and users within the Healthcare segments, with a focus on digital touchpoints. Creates and executes growth plans to deliver net sales, operating profit and market share growth objectives for all KCP product categories. Works in close partnership with sales and category teams to develop targeted, insights-driven customer marketing programs, including promotional strategy, demand generation strategy, account-based marketing campaigns, product commercialization, and portfolio optimization. Successful candidates will develop targeted digital marketing communications and programing, be results-focused and have a test and learn mentality.One-KC ScopeIndividual contributor with comprehensive knowledge of B2B sales process and how to influence and direct materials supporting sales efforts for Kimberly-Clark productsWorks cross-functionally and requires limited direction to complete assignmentsProvides recommendations and influences strategic decision makingAll outputs must have customer insights and inputs as underlying support for development of materials or productBusiness Type: B2BDirect Reports: NoneReports To: North America Associate Marketing Director Customer MarketingTravel Requirements: Estimated 10-20% travel timeRole AccountabilitiesBusiness Leadership:Develop a deep understanding of the Healthcare segment/vertical and key roles within the segment, including needs, pain points, motivations, attitudes, etc.Interact directly with end user customers, distributors, and salespeople to develop this deep understanding of the Healthcare purchasing ecosystem and build knowledge over time.Design & execute end user and distributor programing, communications and lead generation materials to drive results in market.Build end user specific sales collateral to highlight KCP value proposition inclusive of product bundles that support key needs in Healthcare and thought leadership content to drive preference for KCP brands.Create customer training and sales materials to insight selling based on end user needs.Create sales and marketing campaigns with internal CRM data that support retention and new category penetration in current accounts.Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns including digital and catalog content, search optimization, sales promotions and loyalty & incentive programs, to deliver acquisition, penetration and retention targets.Standard Work:Partner with NA Demand Generation and Creative Agency teams to develop & execute digital sales tools, campaigns, etc.As needed, partner with Central Customer Experience and Demand Generation teams to develop campaign strategies, templates, and creative.Monitor performance of marketing programs (ROI) and adjust accordingly.Actively interacts with customers and channel partners to capture insights and check and adjust marketing programs.Ensure all marketing content is uploaded & maintained in the Digital Asset Management System.Education & ExperienceEssential:Bachelors degree, in business-related discipline10-12 years of experience in marketing with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behaviorExperience in a B2B environmentResolving complex problems and translating to business opportunitiesManaging & successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationshipsPreferred:Masters / MBA with concentration in MarketingExperience driving Marketing programs and results in Healthcare segmentExtensive demand generation or marketing campaign management experience where multiple channels to market were utilized - B2B or agency environmentExperience in managing eCommerce customersCommercial / Functional SkillsStrong business & organizational acumen understanding of market dynamics, P&L management & commercial mindset etc.Product portfolio, digital shelf & promotion managementStrong understanding of
