Aerotek Contact Center Agent-- Healthcare ($16/ HR) in Sacramento, California

Seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Contact Center Agent interested in the healthcare field !

Job Description:

  • Handle high volume of inbound calls from members and providers

  • Assist in verifying eligibility, authorizations, enrollment, billing, claims, and ID cards

  • Utilize de-escalation skills and resolve member inquiries

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service experience-- call center or in person

  • Strong tenure, 1+ years in each previous position

  • Ability to pass basic typing and CPU assessments

Pay: $16.06/HR

Location: Natomas, CA - remote work throughout the span of COVID-19

Duration : Long term, Contract-to-hire

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-6pm, possibility of Saturday
