Position Summary: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end product management activities for products within the Healthcare space. These activities include developing a strategic vision for product offerings, effectively managing all aspects of product planning/road mapping, developing a business case and prioritization of new features and capabilities. You will review product performance against expectations and facilitate or influence changes to your products to improve business outcomes and optimize product performance. You will be responsible for researching, developing and supporting the healthcare product portfolio, ensuring that it meets or exceed the needs of the marketplace as defined by the Customer and Ergotron. Position Responsibilities: Define product vision, strategy and roadmap that defines markets, distribution strategies, products, pricing and product profitability analysis. Gather, manage and prioritize customer requirements and user feedback Partner closely with vertical Senior Marketing Manager to turn insights and customer pain points as defined by the category into product solutions and a clearly defined product innovation roadmap Lead the development of multi-year strategic product innovation roadmaps for key products and initiatives in the healthcare technology space Define and manage product features from ideation to development and make determination of buy, build or partner for most cost-effective delivery to market Coordinates and manages all product launch activities in line with the larger vertical marketing plan, including into the post launch assessment phase Partner with other stakeholders to define and drive future product innovation and direction Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and approaches through excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation abilities Develop and manage core product positioning and communications to leadership, customers and users Guide the development and coordination of publications, promotions and promotional material for markets and product lines Define, gather and publish metrics that assess product usage and health Review product performance against expectations and facilitate or influence changes to improve adoption and customer success Manage strategic projects, develop and maintain reporting, track budgets, conduct research, analyze data and track progress against key departmental objectives. Develop new product service offerings Manage the product lifecycle by ensuring products remain competitive and sunset after a product s useful life Responsible for product management activities including product assessments, product demonstrations, product price estimations, and meeting coordination as appropriate to product initiatives Ensures well planned and seamless transition amongst product and cross-functional teams. Conduct market research utilizing internal data and external resources to ensure products are always meeting current and future needs within the segment, in partnership with the vertical Senior Marketing Manager Maintain close relationships with customers and end-users via regular interactions, site visits, tradeshow attendance and Ergotron-hosted customer feedback activities Provide input to sales to enable better interactions with new and existing accounts, leading to more profitable growth Proactively manage changes in product and market scope Maintain currency on product and market trends Additional duties as requested.
