Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure, while adapting and responding to customers needs. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Demonstrated organizational and problem solving skills with attention to detail. Willingness to accept constructive feedback and apply what was learned. Quick and accurate typist. A college degree a plus but not necessary. ESSENTIAL TASKS *Ability to answer hi-volume of in-bound calls via an automated phone system. *Ability to make outbound calls to patients and referrals as necessary. *Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns. *Ability to communicate with patients via telephone as well as using email and texting. *Ability to think independently and show empathy and compassion. *Ability to work in a very structured fast paced team environment. *Gather Patient demographics and billing information as needed to complete requested orders. *Data entry: Process orders and maintain customer records using Byrams computer and phone systems. *Sell additional products that may be necessary or available to the customer. *Follow-up on accounts and orders as needed. *Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone etiquette while providing excellent customer service. *Basic Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook. QUALIFICATIONS Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency.
