Bridge Home Health and Hospice Healthcare Recruiter in San Diego, California

Bridge Home Health is looking for a talented, compassionate, qualified professional who will embrace our culture of excellence, service, integrity and innovation. Duties of the recruiter will include sourcing, screening, hiring, and retaining qualified healthcare professionals to meet the office and business needs. The recruiter develops relationships with clients, patients and referral sources to determine open needs, successful placements, and identifies additional business opportunities.

Participates in and organizes recruitment events such as job fairs, etc.

Maintains responsibility for attracting and hiring appropriate volume of qualified field employees, and consistently develops and carries out creative methods of recruitment and retention.

Conducts phone interviews with new applicants, schedules in person interviews with Hiring Managers, completes reference checks and background screenings.

Places employment ads appropriately with guidance from operations teams while maintaining related advertising reports.

Accepts applicant/employee phone calls and provide information about our current job opportunities.

Act as liaison with area employment agencies, advertising agencies, temporary agencies, and local resources.

Maintains consistent open communication with scheduling supervisors and other hiring managers to keep them apprised of recruitment activities and new hires.

Minimum 1 year related human resources (recruiting and interviewing) experience is required.

Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred. Previous Home Health & Hospice recruitment is ideal.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Prefer In-depth knowledge of Employment Laws on Federal/State level
