Salesforce is seeking an experienced, well-rounded, dynamic and results-focused marketing professional to drive strategy and integrated demand generation for the Healthcare and Life Sciences verticals. This person will be responsible for supporting demand generation, awareness and consideration for these industries and must be experienced in B2B marketing and a wide range of go-to-market activities.

The candidate needs excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with partner teams and executive stakeholders while being accountable for results. Analytical capability is key for understanding and managing demand generation, forecasting, budgeting, lead flow, and the many moving parts involved in running an effective marketing campaign/program.

Proven experience in programmatic demand generation through integrated campaigns and customer journeys is critical. Strong working knowledge of digital marketing is important, as well as experience in managing and delivering website content and engaging creative teams and external agencies to effectively execute projects on time and on budget.

This opportunity requires a dynamic, pragmatic and flexible marketing professional with a proven history of success leading and coordinating integrated marketing programs. This position requires strategic insight and planning as well as hands-on execution with the day-to-day coordination and program management of all aspects of the initiatives and campaigns.


  • Create a demand generation strategy for the AMER HLS industry working collaboratively with Industry Marketing, Content Marketing, Creative and Channel Owners

  • Drive year-long programming across the entire customer lifecycle to build awareness and deliver pipeline for our sales teams

  • Manage key stakeholders across a matrix business environment to produce integrated plans

  • Collaborate with other marketing specialists to deliver breakthrough ideas and innovation on our go-to-market strategy for net-new business via all relevant mediums and channels (e.g. Digital, events, 3rd party associations and social mediums).

  • Work closely / cross-functionally with several groups in the business (including Industry Marketing, Creative, tactic owners, Campaign counterparts, Go-To-Market, etc.) to deliver exceptional, innovative, and creative marketing campaigns.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Degree in marketing or similar field

  • 5+ years experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns

  • Experience with Salesforce applications/technology preferred

  • Expertise with Office products required
