Iron Bow Technologies Capture Manager - Healthcare in Seattle, Washington

Iron Bow is seeking a Capture Manager for the Healthcare Business Unit. You will report to the Vice President of Capture and Bids and Proposals and be responsible to support driving the capture processes in concert with our business developers and account managers. You will lead pre-proposal shaping activities, orchestrate capture activities during the proposal phase and post-submittal activities, and be responsible for leading opportunities toward high win probability.Duties include but are not limited to:Work in conjunction with Business Development, the Capture Manager is responsible for developing and executing capture strategies for assigned opportunities to secure new contractsResponsible for win theme development, solutions development, competitive assessments, teaming strategies, pricing strategy recommendations (based on a price to win and other competitive assessments), communication plans, action plans and execution plans for the opportunities that they are assignedManaging the effective execution of capture pursuits, tracking performance to cost and schedule, and communicating status to leadershipSupport Business Development and/or Account Team to develop and maintain high quality relationships with customers and partnersIdentify, recommend and manage team structure to meet the requirements of the RFP, RFQ, Task Order or RFI response. This includes executing Nondisclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TAs) in coordination with Contracts and Account Managers.Shape opportunities and our position throughout the opportunity lifecycleFormulate and support the communication and implementation of an integrated business development, capture and proposal strategy that clearly highlights Iron Bow's value proposition and discriminators, and provides customers a clear and defensible justification for selecting Iron Bow for awardWork with Proposal Managers to support the RFP, RFQ, Task Order or RFI response. This includes: creating content, supporting color reviews, and ensuring teaming partner response to data calls and writing assignments.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related discipline10+ years' experience leading capture efforts on large contracts10+ years leading opportunities of approximately $30M or more10+ years of hands-on experience in Federal Sales, Business Development and/or Strategic Capture and Proposal Management5 years of direct Capture Management experience within Military Health and Civilian HealthcareExperience with all aspects of capture and proposal processes including: win theme development, competitor analysis, price development, content development and staffing activitiesThis position and continued employment with Iron Bow Technologies is contingent upon providing documentation of being fully vaccinated for Covid-19 or you must provide documentation to Iron Bow Human Resources supporting a bona fide request for Religious or a Medical Accommodation.Iron Bow Technologies is a leading IT solution provider dedicated to successfully transforming technology investments into business capabilities for government, commercial and healthcare clients.
