RSM US LLP Transaction Advisory Manager (healthcare focus) in Seattle, Washington

RSM is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager with healthcare industry experience for our national, award winning Transaction Advisory/M&A practice. This TAS Manager will be responsible for completing financial due diligence on our client's sell-side deals in conjunction with Directors, C-level leadership, and other cross-functional team members.Responsibilities:Performs buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for our healthcare clientsParticipates in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysisPrepares detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirementsUses various software tools as designated by the firmInteracts with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit and other consulting practicesAssists in preparing proposals and engagement lettersRepresents the firm in community activities and professional associationBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in AccountingMinimum of 5 years of audit or transaction advisory experience within a national or regional public accounting firm.Audit or deal activity within the healthcare industrySupervision / Team Leadership experienceAbility to direct and manage client engagementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointAbility to travel 25-30% overnightPreferred Qualifications:CPA certificationNetworking and communicating with C-level executivesStrong project management skillsEvaluated as exceptional performer in current positionPossess a good balance of strong audit skills and business acumenExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to interact effectively with internal team members and external clients of the firmAbility to be a self-starter and to be confident when interacting with clients and asking questionsAble to work within tight deadlines and take responsibility for getting the job done in a timely mannerAbility to apply critical thinking and problem solving skillsYou want your next step to be the right one.
