KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Risk Strategy & Compliance - Operations & Compliance Risk for our

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, sell, and deliver Healthcare regulatory and compliance service offerings; develop and execute structured detailed work plans in areas such as compliance assessments, investigations, and operational improvements

  • Create a collaborative team environment, foster a common understanding of team objectives, and clearly articulate expectations

  • Ensure work product and related deliverables are performed in accordance with established standards and engagement requirements to meet client and firm expectation

  • Lead and participate in people development; coach, mentor, and train staff by imparting knowledge, skills, and experience in attracting and retaining staff

  • Assist with business development efforts; proactively identify opportunities to enhance professional practices and processes; assist with business development initiatives, including the development of proposals

  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with client personnel and demonstrate the ability to identify additional opportunities with existing clients; identify and communicate technical matters while serving as a liaison to both clients and engagement leadership; participate and/or lead meetings with both clients and the engagement team

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of applicable work experience in the healthcare industry, or providing healthcare regulatory and compliance professional services to the industry

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Demonstrate the ability to identify business opportunities, attract new business, build lasting professional relationships with senior client executives, and possess relevant skills in project management with hands-on experience

  • Previous supervisory experience

  • Excellent foundational consulting skills such as analytical, written, verbal communication, client presence, facilitation and presentation skills

  • Establish leadership abilities, supporting the oversight of projects and/or the efforts of others

  • Willingness and ability to travel, including potential international travel; travel may be up to 80-100%

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
