The position requires a person with strong collaborative and communication skills, is technology savvy, is self-directed but a team player, is culturally aware, and responsible. The successful candidate will perform COVID testing, organize testing scheules, and support work with attendance. Will work with other nursing and office staff to run the COVID testing, receive testing patients, answer phones and other duties as assigned by the building nurse. Qualifications Candidate must be able to handle confidential information, perform tasks proficiently while handling frequent interruptions, multi-task, and possess strong communication skills. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Personal skills must include a professional, friendly, positive, and cooperative work style and the ability to work with many types of people in various circumstances. Preferences Previous clerical experience (office management, secretarial, or book keeping) in an education setting preferred, as well as above average word processing/keyboarding and other clerical skills. Extensive background in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Campus.
