This position is full-time (30 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 3:00pm - 8:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 417 Liberty St., Springfield, MA 01104.
We offer 8 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Load vehicles with medications/products for delivery.
Provide timely and accurate completion of deliveries in an efficient and courteous manner.
Verify receipt and provide signature for receipt of items delivered.
Contacting consumers to confirm delivery times and locations.
Process any required paperwork according to established procedures.
Shred paperwork for disposal.
Assist in maintaining a clean pharmacy environment by performing various housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming and disposing of trash.
Stock bingo cards/bubble packs.
Light computer data entry.
Various other duties as may be assigned.

High school diploma / GED (or higher)
Valid applicable state driver’s license and good driving record required
Requires use of own vehicle to make deliveries, and proof of insurance; estimate 30- mile radius of store. Average of 50 miles per day but varies.
- Pharmacy Technician experience
Ability to read and follow maps and directions to customer locations
Professional when dealing with team members and the public
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Dependable and reliable
Candidates for the position will be subject to a standard reference, background check, and drug screening.
