Required metrics for Commercial Relationship Manager is supporting Senior Relationship Managers with a combined 500 million or greater in Healthcare Portfolio Exposure and 5 million or greater in annualized Contribution, or responsibility for client relationship management in the Healthcare, Large Corporate or Asset Based Lending Segment.

  • Serves as the support person in assisting Senior Relationship Manager in determining the customer's needs and meeting them through the seamless delivery of the bank's products, services, associated resources and Max input.

  • Prospects and develops calling lists on targeted market segment by coordinating all sales and service efforts.

  • Knowledge of all bank products and continual development of product expertise.

  • Responsible for ensuring the optimizing of all customer relationships which entails developing revenue growth through generation and cross selling of all applicable bank products including deposits, loans, and other services in all Huntington segments to customers.

  • Possess proficiency in credit fundamentals and is be able to determine the appropriate risks on new and prospective customers and transactions so that all relationships are entirely in strategic alignment with the risk profile of the bank, including all front-end guidance.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external partners, including clients, internal and outside counsel.

  • Research of prospects for Relationship Managers

  • Review Term Sheets, Proposal Letters, Commitment Letters

  • Assist with early stage High Level discussion package and information gathering for opportunities

  • Maintains up to date knowledge of products, services.

  • Pre Call Planning, including agendas and presentation material coordination

  • MAX relationship planning and pre calling planning

  • Works to assist RM in pursuing cross selling opportunities/OCR which includes important banking services including Treasury Management, Deposits, Capital Markets, Trust, Investments, Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Insurance. Will actively collaborate with internal partners for continued alignment with RM.

  • Attend client meetings and assist with follow ups

  • Creation of high level documentation for review of new clients.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years experience
