Consultants support project teams both at client sites and internally. Responsibilities will include client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. As a consultant, a key function of your role will be to create and present quality deliverables that support essential project workstreams. You will gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, as well as established best practices and benchmarks.

We are looking for a combination of deep technical Epic skills and back-end revenue cycle operational expertise to transform healthcare and deliver best in class results for our clients. Joining our team would provide you with an opportunity to leverage your Revenue Cycle experience and EMR knowledge to create immediate value for your clients.
BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or Clinical Administration
1+ years of core Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience (anywhere from front-end to middle to back-end focused: revenue integrity, charge capture, billing, A/R, denials management, etc.)
1+ years of healthcare management consulting and/or professional services experience
1+ years' financial analysis experience in a health-related organization
Technical EMR expertise of the revenue cycle management modules
Technical Epic build expertise of the back-end revenue cycle management modules
1+ years of Back-Endd Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience such as billing, claims, denials management, A/R follow-up, etc.
Track record of driving operational process improvement for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems
Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills using Excel
Willingness to travel to client sites across the United States up to 75%
Epic HB/PB certification highly desired
