Regional Director of Business Development- Healthcare Technology ManagementJOB SUMMARY: In this role, you will be responsible for the long term growth of an assigned Region of ABM Healthcare via new sales and expansion of Healthcare Technology Management services.RESPONSIBILITIES-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Responsible for producing new business with investor and corporate clients.Work with the operations team to prepare costing's in preparation for developing bids.Prepare presentations and pitch materials for new business pursuits.Achieving sales goals.Engage in trade shows and industry events and network.Execute and help develop vertical market strategies.Coordinate efforts in branch to meet budgeted sales goals; assist SVP on customer/public relations and quality assurance.Use of CRM tool to track sales pipeline, activities, and sales results.Target and solicit local, regional, and national accounts.Travel as needed within the region's geographic scope to meet with potential customers, bid walks, and sales preparations.Maintain ongoing clear communication with SVP weekly.Other duties as assigned.RESPONSIBILITIES- NON ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Excellent computer skills. Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Ability to drive a company vehicle and meet company driving requirements.Must pass drug tests and background checks.Excellent oral and written communication skills required.Strong Presentation Skills.Accomplished relationship management and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational abilities required.Experience in delivering presentations and working directly with clients.Team strategic development and leadership experience.Other duties as assignedEducation/Training:Required:High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years' experience in SalesPreferred:Bachelor's Degree.Job Knowledge/Experience:Required:Experience selling to and in the Healthcare sector with an emphasis on support services.Preferred:At least three years of Healthcare Technology Management sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success.Language/Writing/Communication Requirements:Required:Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow up.Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Work HoursABM is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer (Minority/Female/Veteran/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation)
