Job Description

Responsibility Statements

• Monitors and independently manages an inventory of cases for health plan reimbursement in third party liability situations.

• Responds to and makes requests of additional information and documentation to and from attorneys, insurance adjusters, and health plan members related to healthcare recovery rights.

• Applies in-depth knowledge of applicable state and federal laws related to healthcare recovery rights.

• Negotiates resolution of health plan reimbursement rights.

  Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical skills and decision-making ability

• Excellent computer skills

• Phone experience required with inbound and outbound professional calls.

• Knowledge of Healthcare insurance, subrogation, and personal injury law strongly desired

• Experience working in high volume environments that require a prioritization and multi-tasking.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
