The purpose of this position is to drive and support the talent acquisition needs of the organization through acquiring current market intelligence and the use of innovative recruitment techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates. This position will be a strategic partner and provide guidance to hiring managers and colleagues throughout the process of talent acquisition.

  • Manage full-life cycle recruitment process of qualified candidates for assigned requisitions

  • Strategize with hiring managers on hiring and staffing methods and decisions

  • Negotiate compensation and other relevant employment details with candidates and hiring managers

  • Manage applicants, positions and reports through the use of an applicant tracking system and other reporting tools

  • Screen employment applications / resumes and conduct initial interviews

  • Set up interviews for qualified candidates with appropriate hiring managers; create interview agendas and schedule travel arrangements, as necessary

  • Build professional relationships with passive and active candidates; as needed, advise candidates as a career coach to optimize the overall candidate experience

  • Meet or exceed department metrics as it relates to time-to-fill, total hires, etc.

  • Conduct industry and market research to identify and attract qualified candidates for clinical, non-clinical and corporate / executive positions, utilizing the following recruitment resources and techniques:

  • Advise hiring managers on the social networking process for passive candidates (LinkedIn profile, Facebook, etc.)

  • Expand social media footprint and join affiliations within market & industry

  • Solicit candidates utilizing employment advertisements, internal and external position postings, relevant websites, cold calling, and any other appropriate resources as necessary

  • Source candidates through networking, job boards, employee referrals, Boolean search, ATS search, etc.

  • Plan and attend career fair events on the local, regional & national level

  • Project Management within department

  • Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required

  • Travel as required

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Ability to work off-hours when required

  • High School Diploma or GED, required

  • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, required

  • 2+ years talent acquisition experience within the healthcare industry, preferred

  • Sourcing experience through multiple platforms, required

  • Previous experience within a staffing agency, preferred

  • Previous experience with applicant tracking systems, required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), required

  • Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication
