Philips Client Partner, Government - Healthcare Transformation Services (Home-Based) in United States of America - Home Based, Massachusetts
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Drive a consultative approach to expand current and develop new government related agreements through collaboration and teamwork with the Government Professional Services team.
You are responsible for the following:
Providing thought leadership and acting as a trusted advisor to government (DoD, VA, HHS, etc.) key stakeholders
Leading the development of new opportunities in cluster solutions including Connected Care, EDI, Precision Diagnosis/IGT Solutions, and Population Health
Actively leading the identification and qualification process of potential government consulting opportunities
Working closely with the Government Business Development team and Cluster solution team members to support early engagement of customers in qualification opportunities and account development activities
Monitoring and reporting on the project status and activities for government consulting opportunities
Driving the innovation and strategy roadmaps and agendas at assigned clients
Providing subject matter expertise on cluster offerings and business models
Managing and tracking opportunity development in the sales funnel
Managing multiple complex project work streams, analysis of client business/financial needs, and client management
Serving as subject matter expert for government clients and part of a collaborative cross-solution project team
Leading through competency and influence; it is essential to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders across both the client and broader Philips organizations
Responding to government RFQs/RFIs/RFPs
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
15+ years of experience in government healthcare consulting, business development, sales and customer account management with demonstrated experience in working with senior government executives and clinical leaders
Experience working with the DoD, HHS, VA, White House Office of Science and Technology, etc.
Knowledge of medical device technology, clinical delivery models and healthcare management principles
Knowledge of various radiology modalities (i.e., MR, CT, PET, AMI, Ultrasound, IGT)
Knowledge of critical care operations (i.e., eICU, NICU)
Knowledge of hospital operational throughput and patient flow management
Knowledge of oncology, cardiology, respiratory therapy, and emergency department domains
Knowledge of healthcare informatics, telehealth and population health
Experience in marketing, strategy or early-state business management
Ability to effectively lead diverse, cross-functional teams and individuals that include both Philips and client stakeholders
Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to lead individuals and teams through change
Knowledge of financial and accounting mechanisms, preferably with direct experience in systems currently used by Philips (e.g. Salesforce)
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate on operational and financial performance
Proven experience and ability working in matrix organizations
Impeccable oral and verbal communications and presentation skills
Drive for results
Business or clinical degree, with advanced degree preferred
Primary metrics of success will include government consulting contract signings (TCV), HTS contract signings (TCV/OIT), and contracts for cluster solutions
Ability to travel as needed
