The role of the Director Strategic Solutions Digital Healthcare, Emerging Markets

  • Contribute to the shaping effort for the strategy for digital healthcare for MD EMEA, defining the areas of opportunities for patient pathway, surgical excellence, logistics solutions and capital equipment with focus on Emerging Markets

  • Integrate the digital strategy into the Emerging Markets strategy so that salespeople when meeting customers can present traditional products combined with digital solutions

  • Understand what the best options to engage with customers to maximize impact as well as the best go to market model for offering digital solutions

  • Building positive relationships, connecting locally, regionally, globally both internally and externally

Who we are looking for:

  • You will be a specialist in Sales / Marketing and have the understanding and the ability to define business value in an Emerging Market.

  • A consistent record in digital healthcare and digital healthcare solutions with experience of developing go to market solutions

  • Able to define, build, present and challenge business models to further develop the digital healthcare framework

  • Expertise in organizational change management and can demonstrate how you shape strategies

  • Able to build positive relationships through effective influencing internally and externally

  • Please note, that the role will require approximately 20% national and international travel
