A full-time Administrative Assistant position is now available with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.
Liberty Healthcare operates a specialized forensic mental health program within the West Valley Detention Center – a San Bernardino County jail located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This program exclusively serves adult jail inmates who are struggling with mental illness.
As an Administrative Assistant position with Liberty, you will work onsite within the jail and be responsible for providing a wide array of supportive and clerical services to the program’s leadership team and clinical staff, including:
Typing, editing and preparing reports, forms and formal correspondence
Data entry and electronic filing
Serving the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Handling a wide array of clerical and administrative duties
Taking the initiative to find ways to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the program staff

You are a good fit for this position if you possess these attributes:
Willingness to work within a locked jail facility
Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant in a healthcare setting
High School diploma - an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Excellent time management, organization, computer planning / problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
