Job Summary• The Healthcare Sales Executive demonstrates a broad and comprehensive knowledge of the Healthcare Market (Payers, PBMs, H&W Consultants/Brokers). • He/she also has experience with solution-based sales, and has a sizable/actionable network to generate leads and close sales. • Overall responsibilities encompass market analysis, market development, customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. He/she will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential and crafting a sales plan. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include the following activities based on management priorities and direction:• Lead Generation • Achieve growth and hit sales targets; • Strategic Business Plan Elaboration that expands customer base (Competitive analysis, Market segment identification, product alignment and TAM (Total Addressable Market) calculations, sell-in tactics)• Identify market shifts/trends while remaining fully aware of new products and competitive offerings• Support short- and long-term market forecasts and report generation by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data• Analyze competition and customers• Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends• Offer insights about product potentials• Client demos and support• Consistently apply the appropriate policies selected by the Company• Other prioritized management support as needed• Ability and willingness to travel to prospect meetings; frequency of travel TBD. QualificationsEducation Required• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related degree program. • Work towards advanced degree studies, or certifications.Job Experiences• Experience working in Healthcare with familiarity of navigating across participating organizations. • Experience in Solution-based selling and deal structuring. • Experience at a start-up company especially focused on leading the creation of Use Cases for client demo’s as possible solutions in the marketplace. • Knowledge of large vendor software companies that dominate the application market in healthcare today. • A proven track-record selling in Healthcare for at least 8 years. • Keeps current on changing technology offerings. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and deliver work as a remote team member.• Excellent communication skills with ability to present to a range of audiences (line managers to executives).
