Location is flexible anywhere in the contiguous United States, however access to a major airport is required for travel purposes.

Within Amazon Web Services (AWS) Public Sector, Non-Profit Healthcare Professional Services (ProServe) is a rapidly growing, mission-driven business that is obsessed about serving our healthcare provider customers and supporting Healthcare Heroes.

We are seeking an action-oriented visionary who is craving to be part of a great company in a fast-growing industry. We need someone that will thrive in a fast-paced environment in our emerging Nonprofit Healthcare practice. Our ProServe Advisory consultants will engage with customers to help them establish their; overall cloud journey vision, their business drivers, how they want to operate in the future, their roadmap to get there, then help them execute upon that vision and roadmap. Our ProServe Advisory consultants will have the vision to map out a customer’s entire cloud journey, but then help dive deep with the customer on the “Business Capabilities” that are required as part of their journey.

Our Consultants work with customers in a variety of locations across the US. As such, consultants must have the ability to travel to client locations to sell and deliver professional services as needed. This can vary depending on the customers supported, 20% to 50% can be typical, sometimes higher during peak times.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about:

· Engaging with C-level executives to define Enterprise cloud strategies for healthcare customers

· Identifying customer motivators/drivers for cloud adoption and unlocking their business value

· Maintaining C-Suite and line-of-business relationships within the customer organization to become a trusted advisor

· Cost/Benefit modeling and creating compelling business cases for migration

· Generating cloud migration roadmaps and driving buy-in across complex organization structures

· Collaborating with consulting and managed services partners to build and execute plans

· Implementing large-scale enterprise IT change management programs

· Developing and promoting governance models supporting the consistent use of cloud technologies aligned to institutional strategies and policies

· Understanding customer business drivers and strategies, architectures, cloud adoption roadmaps, operating models, KPI, to measure and monitor benefits realization

· Influencing industry-thinking through current technology trends mixed with AWS best practices

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 10 years of IT consulting experience in Customer-facing roles

· 5+ years of experience working either within Healthcare (Hospital, Lab, Research, Health Systems, Providers) or Consulting/Service providers supporting these customers

· Demonstrated experience working on cloud migrations with public cloud providers

· Hands on experience leading large-scale Cloud based IT transformation projects

· Hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or current hands on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience

· Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies required

· Integration of cloud services with on premise technologies from Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP etc

· Demonstrated experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (eg. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous consulting experience preferably with a nationwide firm

· Possess AWS Certifications

· Knowledge of the primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53 & S3)

· 10+ or more years of IT implementation or consulting experience

· Demonstrated experience driving discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation

· Master’s / MBA degree

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

For employees based in Colorado, this position starts at $125,000 per year. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
