Atrius Health Recruiter, Healthcare – Full Time – Newton/Riverside in United States
We are currently seeking a full time, dedicated, energetic and experienced Recruiter for nurse practitioners and physician assistants, to join our Atrius, Physician and Medical Staff Recruitment department. The candidate chosen for this role must be eager to work on a fast paced, high performing team and want to foster a high caliber talent environment. This recruiter will be managing the full life cycle recruitment process and perform hiring activities for advanced practice clinician’s and billing providers.
THE NURSE PRACTITIONER AND PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT RECRUITER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Partnering with Atrius leadership and practice administrators to learn their business, understand hiring needsand design and execute innovative strategies to engage and attract talent.
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and hiring.
Applying applicant tracking system for recruitment and hiring activities.
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
Actively engaging in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
Consulting with Provider Enrollment, and Onboarding to ensure that clinical hires are advanced through the credentialing cycle, and complete the onboarding process.
Maintaining communication throughout the process with all parties up to the start date.
Maintaining comprehensive candidate files, including the documentation needed for Professional Affairs Committee.
Provide back up in all areas to the Manager of Recruitment.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
At least 5 years professional experience which includes at least 2-4 years’ experience in health care with significant interaction with clinical providers.
Must be able to establish rapport and effective working relationships with advanced practice clinicians and practice leaders and administrators.
Strong influencing and partnering skills across all levels of the organization.
Exceptional sense of judgment and ability to make quality and independent decisions under ambiguous situations.
Proactive, self-motivated, team oriented with a strong work ethic.
Positive attitude, personable, approachable, and always eager to help.
Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- BA/BS in related field (or equivalent education, training or experience).
